One of my favourite cake desserts, paleo brownies are very common among paleo diets. No gluten, no flour, no dairy and no nuts! With its consistent texture, paleo brownies are a culinary delight. Yum Yum!
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips;
- 1 cup Spectrum all-vegetable shortening;
- 1 cup coconut sugar;
- 4 big eggs;
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract.
Quantity: 16 pieces of brownies!
Sweetness: Very High!
How to do it:Preheat your oven to 340-350°F. Take an 8-inch, squared baking dish. Grab a medium-sized saucepan and melt the choco chips while holding the pan over low heat. Do that until you will notice that the chocolate chips will get a smooth texture.
After you've melted the chocolate chips, remove the saucepan from the heat and stir into it, the shortening and the coconut sugar. After you've done that, stir in the eggs and vanilla extract. Pour the entire mixture into the baking dish.
Bake the brownies for close to 25 minutes. Remove the baking dish from the oven and let it cool for one hour, more or less. Enjoy!
