Paleo dessert recipes: Coconut Cream Tart
I've started making coconut cream tarts for a couple of years. Someone taught me to use zucchini to reduce to coconut quantity.
Turn the coconut on its side, to crack it. Use a sharp cleaver and chop off the top of the coconut.
After the top is removed you must puncture the white flesh with a knife.Pour the water into a cup or a glass.
Again, place the coconut on its side and chop the coconut in half.
Use a spoon to collect the white meat.
